Colley Back On Top

by isleofman.com 24th November 2009

Steve Colley produced a perfect performance to win the Geoff Cannell Cup Trial.

The Ballaugh Plantation event was one of only a handful of sporting events to take place over a wet and windy weekend.

Former international trails star Colley didn't drop a single mark over the five rounds.

Second place went to Juan Knight, who only registered three dabs.

Colin Scarffe was third on 10.

The Sportsman category saw Andy Sykes take the honours ahead of Bobby Corlett and Graham Thomas.

Garry Flowers and Anthony Smith won the Sidecars with 3 marks less than Jamie Teare and Jane Birchall.
