A balancing act is required to maintain the Isle of Man's economic development and competativeness, according to the treasury minister.
On Manx Radio's Agenda programme last night, Allan Bell admitted possible tax changes and use of reserves were being assessed, as the Island prepared for a ?50 million shortfall in its budget next year, in the wake of the revised VAT agreement.
