A campaign to end sales-driven pay in the financial services sector is being launched by the union Unite in the Island.
The union's carried out a survey of 1,000 members in the Lloyds Banking Group in the north-west region and has concluded many bank workers are struggling to meet what is calls 'unrealistic targets.'
Unite officials believes staff across the sector are under pressure to sell financial products, often to people who don't need them.
