Friary Park house fire

by isleofman.com 21st November 2009

Fire crews from Castletown and Port Erin were called out to tackle a blaze at a house in Ballabeg.

Crews wearing breathing apparatus confronted a fire in the front room of the property in Friary Park, just after 6am (Saturday).

Officers searched the house to make sure no one was trapped.

They say the front room was badly damaged, but the fact the doors were closed minimised damage elsewhere.
