Christmas comes early to Dalby!

by isleofman.com 21st November 2009

For anybody who thinks Christmas is too stressful and frenetic there is a perfect antidote in Dalby this evening (Saturday).

A Taste of Christmas is hosted by the Manx Gaelic choir Caarjyn Cooidjagh and features music, food and an open fire.

Some might think November is too early for such an event, but the organisers say it is a deliberate policy to avoid the Christmas rush!

Cheryl Cussons. who has helped put the evening together, says it's a very different type of celebration (play audio file):

A Taste of Christmas takes place at the St James' school rooms in Dalby, from 7.30pm.
