A former Isle of Man health minister says he is disappointed by the lack of urgency over proposals to strike a reciprocal health agreement between the Isle of Man and devolved jurisdictions.
Healthcare for Manx residents in the United Kingdom will no longer be free from next April, following the UK government's decision to withdraw from the agreement.
However, six months after the Scottish parliament indicated it would be willing to sign such a deal, Island health chiefs are still waiting to hear whether it's legally possible.
Steve Rodan, the politician who earlier this year suggested the Island should strike some form of reciprocal agreement with Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, says there needs to be a more proactive approach:
