A Manx advocate has appeared before High Bailiff Michael Moyle, charged with falsifying records.
Twenty-nine-year-old Jenny Holt, of the Switchback Road in German, is alleged to have committed the offence between August 23 and September 16, 2009.
Mr Moyle bailed the defendant in the sum of ?10,000 with a surety of ?5,000 and she will appear again on January 5.
Ms Holt was told not to have any contact with prosecution witnesses.
