Michael MHK David Cannan is convinced there's still more to be said about how the Isle of Man came to have its VAT sharing agreement with the United Kingdom redrawn.
That's despite being told by Treasury Minister Allan Bell in Tynwald yesterday that he was looking for trouble where there wasn't any.
Mr Cannan remains convinced there's something more to the changes, which will see the Island's VAT receipts cut by ?90 million next year, and by ?140 million a year thereafter.
