There are further opportunities for Isle of Man residents to find out how to protect their homes from the dangers of carbon monoxide poisoning.
Fire officers are available for a chat at Castletown Civic Centre today, and they will be in the press office at the TT Grandstand between 10am and 4pm tomorrow.
It's part of Carbon Monoxide Awareness Week, which looks at ways of prevention as well as detection of the deadly gas.
The Isle of Man Fire and Rescue Service says incorrectly fitted, badly repaired or poorly-maintained gas appliances are a major cause of lethal carbon monoxide poisoning, and can also lead to gas leaks, explosions and fires.
It recommends using one of the many Gas Safe registered engineers, who qualified to work safely and legally with gas in Great Britain and the Isle of Man.
