Derbyhaven Dog Attack: Police Seek Info

Police are investigating a Dog Attack which took place at about 10.00pm on Tuesday 10th November 2009 in the area of the Crescent, Derbyhaven.

 

A resident of the area was walking his Yorkshire Terrier when it was attacked by two Black and Tan dogs similar to Alsatians which were not on a leash and not under control.

 

The owner of the Terrier managed to scare the other dogs off, however as a result of the attack the Terrier received serious abdominal injuries.

 

Anyone with information which may assist enquiries is asked to contact either Castletown Police Station on 822222, speak to any Police Officer or contact Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111
