Schoolchildren in the Isle of Man are involved in a ceremony today which has the potential to be watched by millions from around the world.
The Commonwealth Games baton, the equivalent of the Olympic torch, will be taken around Island schools.
It's here as part of its world tour of 71 Commonwealth destinations, ahead of next year's games in Delhi.
Children will get to see the baton and record their collective message for the athletes who will be representing the Island in the four-yearly event.
Education Minister Anne Craine will be at Auldyn and Scoill Ree Gorree in Ramsey for the visit.
Liaison officer Danielle Mottram says footage of the Isle of Man leg of the relay can later be viewed thanks to the baton's interactive web technology, but admits it's a tight schedule (play audio file):
There's an official reception for many of those involved in the games at Government House this evening.
