Kay Carran Funeral

The funeral of Kay Carran took place at Douglas Crematorium today.

Kay was the Japanese woman who looked after the Honda team when they first came to race at the TT in 1959.

She passed away in Castletown last week, aged 83. 

Steven Martindale, the General Manager of Honda UK Motorcycles, says they were delighted to have Kay as their special guest at this year's 50th anniversary celebrations of the first Honda team to compete around the Mountain Course:
