Anne Frank volunteers required

by isleofman.com 12th November 2009

Anybody who fancies helping bring an acclaimed exhibition to the Isle of Man next spring is being advised to go along to the Corrin Hall in Peel later today.

A volunteers' evening has been arranged, as organisers of Anne Frank (+ You) prepare for its opening next March.

The exhibition features the experiences of Anne Frank during the Nazi holocaust and has attracted huge interest wherever it has been shown in the United Kingdom.

Project coordinator Cath Quirk says it's a coup to get it to the Island (play audio file):

The volunteers' evening is from 7pm.
