In a week in which the Isle of Man is remembering its war dead, servicemen and women who have been injured in action are also being helped.
The Moddey Dhoo Motorcycle Club is staging a fundraiser for Help the Heroes this Saturday night (November 14), at the Villa Marina.
Some members of the club, including Ian Elder, have been in the forces, while others have children and relations who are currently serving their country.
