Dandara Triumph at Top UK Property Awards

by isleofman.com 10th November 2009

Following their success at last year’s event, the Dandara Group took several top honours at this year’s Daily Mail Residential Property Awards in London, taking eleven of the top prizes.

The impressive haul included several five star awards for their residential developments across the UK and a ‘Best Development’ award for their Quay West apartment scheme on North Quay in Douglas.

Established in 1995, the Daily Mail Property Awards are considered to be the most prestigious in the UK and were created to recognise organisations that work to the highest standards of service and practice in what is a highly competitive industry.

Commenting on the Group’s latest success, Managing Director, Seamus Nugent said, "The past 18 months has been a challenging time for the construction industry both in the UK and on the Island.

"It is therefore very rewarding that our on-going commitment to excellence has resulted in such a successful showing at the Daily Mail Property Awards."

Mr Nugent continued, "We were very proud to represent the Isle of Man at such a prestigious event. Our five-star ‘Best Development’ award for Quay West in Douglas was the icing on the cake, and I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone at Heritage Homes for their

dedication and hard work in helping to make this happen."
