First Isle of Man Show for Jim Davidson

Veteran comedian Jim Davidson, once dubbed the 'Funniest Man on Television', will take to the Villa Marina stage on 22nd June 2010 for his first ever show on the Isle of Man.

 

Jim Davidson is known as one of the most popular entertainers in British showbusiness. 

 

He has received three coveted Showbusiness Personality of The Year awards and an OBE (in 2001) for his services to charity.
 
Since emerging from television’s New Faces in 1976, he has topped theatre bills in London’s West End; starred in and hosted a series of prime time TV shows, including Big Break and The Generation Game; headlined record-breaking summer seasons; and played highly successful concert tours with his adult show.

 

His own show - The Jim Davidson Show - ran for five complete series, and he also starred in popular TV sitcoms Up The Elephant And Around The Castle and Home James.  

 

Tickets for the show, priced from ?25.50, go on sale from 10m on Saturday 14th November, and are available from the Welcome Centre at the Sea Terminal or via the Ticket Hotline: 01624 600 555.
