The latest version of the Isle of Man's revenue-sharing agreement with the United Kingdom has been published by the Manx Government.
The complex equation, which decides how much the two parties get out of the pot of VAT cash, changed drastically when the UK decided it wanted to take more money.
Under the new calculation, the Island will receive ?90 million less from the 2010/2011 financial year, and ?140 million less thereafter.
John Moss reports (play audio file):
The agreement can be seen on the government's website, gov.im
