Health Network stages annual fair

by isleofman.com 1st November 2009

Anyone who is dreading the onset of winter might gain a little comfort from an event being held today (Sunday).

The third Isle of Man Health Fair gets under way at 'Centre 21', off Greenfield Road, Douglas at 10.30am.

Organised by the Isle of Man Health Network, it involves around 30 therapists coming together and demonstrating all manner of alternative and complementary therapies, from Reflexology to Raiki.

One of the organisers, Julie Dropinski, says anybody can go along and see what might help them get through the dark months of the year (play audio file):

'Centre 21' is off Greenfield Road, by the TT Grandstand, and the Fair runs until 4pm.
