by isleofman.com 31st October 2009

A man who admitted a charge of provoking behaviour has been fined ?300 by High Bailiff Michael Moyle.

Thirty-year-old Samuel Crowe, of Brookhill Road in Ramsey, had a fight with another man in a lane at the side of Bar Logo in the town.

The two men became involved in an argument inside the premises at 9.15pm on July 24.

They went outside and the fight started.

Crowe's advocate said he got involved because the other man made comments about a disabled friend.

He said it was a 'one off' and Crowe would not be appearing in court again.
