Members of the public are being thanked for their help after police officers investigated a fight between two dogs outside Jaks Bar in Douglas.

They say they have been impressed by the positive response to their appeal for information from people who saw what happened.

The fight was on Thursday, October 15, and witnesses who haven't yet come forward are asked to get in touch with PC David Schumacher.

He can be contacted at Lord Street Police Station on 631212.
