Michael Foot's review into the Crown Dependencies and Offshore Territories examined their ability to survive the global economic downturn.
It was commissioned by United Kingdom Chancellor Alistair Darling who once described the Isle of Man as 'an offshore tax haven sitting in the Irish Sea'.
Tony Brown says the Foot Review outlines the diversity of the Manx economy compared with the other jurisdictions.
