Expert says 'don't cut Island marketing budget'

Despite the expected constraints on government spending, it's now more important than ever to make cash available to boost the Isle of Man's image.

That's the view of Professor Hugh Davidson, who says marketing is one budget which needs to be increased, not cut, in the wake of last week's 'VAT bombshell'.

Professor Davidson says the British Government can no longer be relied upon for anything:
