by isleofman.com 24th October 2009

Colby have ended Marown’s 100 per cent record in CFS Division Two.

An Andrew Moody goal gave the southerners victory at Glen Road to boost their promotion bid.

Marown stay top but Ayre United have moved within two points of the summit after a 4-0 home victory over Onchan.

Goals from James Teare (two), Johnny Kelly and Paul Kennish sealed a good day for the Tangerines.

Douglas Royal remain third after a 6-0 win at Malew, courtesy of a double from Dave Skillen and a goal apiece from Craig Taylor, Gavin Gawne, Jamie Carr and Craig Dolman.
