Beating the drum for a cleaner world

Environmentalists will be drumming up support for climate change action at Tynwald Hill on Saturday.

To mark Global 350 Day, the Isle of Man One World Centre has arranged a mass drumming event to raise awareness of the high concentrations of carbon in our atmosphere.

They are hoping as many people as possible will bring a drum or something they can hit, such as pots and pans, to Tynwald Hill at 12 noon tomorrow to play a huge rendition of Ellan Vannin

Cheryl Cousins of the One World Centre says it might seem like a small gesture, but it could have a global impact:
