An inquest into the death of a man found aboard a boat in Ramsey harbour is opening this morning.

Thirty-five-year-old Peter Liam Creer, of Waterloo Road in the town, died in July.

Coroner Michael Moyle is due to get the inquest under way at Douglas Courthouse at 9.15am.

The proceedings are expected to conclude at a later date.
