An activist for disabled people on the Isle of Man has been raising concerns over the ending of the reciprocal health agreement with the UK.
Henry Ramagge, who's Chairman of the Friends of the Isle of Man Diabetic Centre, says when the arrangement ends Manx residents travelling to the UK will need travel insurance for any treatment other than emergency care.
The elderly and those with existing medical complaints may find their premiums too high to afford.
Mr Ramagge is campaigning for the Isle of Man Government to back a national travel insurance scheme: (play clip)
He will be in Strand Street collecting signatures all day tomorrow.
