The Langness footpaths inquiry resumed this morning - for a short time.
It was adjourned two months ago to allow time for more evidence to be brought forward.
But this morning, just three further witesses were heard and after an hour, the hearing was adjourned again.
Two gave evidence for the ramblers group Public Rights of Way Langness (PROWL).
One of them, Susan Creer, said she had always used the footpaths and when questioned about two privacy signs put up on land owned by Jeremey Clarkson, said she could recall seeing only one of them.
Mr Clarkson's legal team brought one further witness, Irene Cowan from Braddan, who said while she had always used the paths in Langness she recognised the land was private, with access being allowed by the landowner.
The Inspector is making another site visit this afternoon and closing summaries will be given tomorrow morning.
