Douglas finally got some points on the road as they ran out 39-15 winners away at struggling Wallasey in South Lancashire/Cheshire Division Two.

Tries from Bryn Snellgrove and Ryan Maddox, plus a Snellgrove penalty, gave them a 12-5 half-time lead.

In the second half Douglas ran away with the game with more tries coming from Adam Howarth, Carl Markle-Fearns and a second from Maddox.

Skipper Snellgrove weighed in with more points from the boot via a penalty, a drop goal and three conversions.
