Tynwald to debate UK healthcare situation

The DHSS is continuing to prepare for when the Reciprocal Health Agreement between the Isle of Man and the United Kingdom comes to an end.

From April next year, healthcare for Manx residents in the United Kingdom will no longer be free, following the UK government's decision to withdraw from the long-running arrangement.

Ahead of a debate in Tynwald next week, Health Minister Eddie Teare is keeping his powder dry, but he says progress is being made:
