The jury in the trial of Isle of Man millionaire Trevor Baines will retire later today to consider its verdicts.
There was a delay to proceedings yesterday when a juror required medical treatment, but this morning at Douglas Courthouse Acting Deemster Birkett will conclude his summing up of the case.
Sixty-nine-year-old Mr Baines, of Africa House in Woodbourne Road in Douglas, denies charges of money laundering and false accounting.
His wife, 50-year-old Wendy Baines, denies the same count of false accounting.
