The trial of Isle of Man millionaire Trevor Baines has resumed.
There was a delay to proceedings this morning when a juror required medical treatment.
Acting Deemster Birkett is midway through summing up the case (1.30pm).
Sixty-nine year-old Mr Baines, of Africa House in Woodbourne Road in Douglas, denies charges of money laundering and false accounting.
Fifty-year-old Mrs Baines denies the same count of false accounting.
