Local authorities in the Isle of Man should not be afraid to question the actions of Tynwald
That's the message from the commissioners in Castletown as they debate the need for the proposed security fence at Ronaldsway Airport.
The Department of Transport has said the fence is necessary in order for the airport to be considered 'clean' under the rules of the United Kingdom's Civil Aviation Authority.
But clerk Eddie Convery says the town board is pressing the department for more details:
