Demesne Road fire case continues

A 34-year-old Douglas man charged with murder makes his latest court appearance today.

Simon Paul Leece, of Fairfield Terrace is accused of murdering builder Terry Losh, who died in a fire at his home in Desmense Road on March 22.

He also faces charges of arson, damaging property with intent to endanger life and destroying property with intent to endanger life.

The additional charges follow incidents in Clarke Street and Peveril Street on the same day, and Bucks Road on March 21.
