A 25-year-old man has been charged with possessing a prohibited article and Class B drugs, and cultivating cannabis.
He was arrested early on Sunday morning after a member of the public reported seeing a man with a large knife in the Broadway area.
The man, from Douglas, has been bailed to appear before High Bailiff Michael Moyle on November 3.
