A regular visitor to the Isle of Man has been commended for his loyalty.
Peter Davis from Blackburn notched up his 53rd trip to the Island during this month's Manx Grand Prix.
As well as receiving a warm welcome, he was presented with a tankard engraved with a map of the TT course to mark the occasion.
Tourism Minister Martyn Quayle made the presentation at the Waverley Guest House in Douglas where Peter has stayed for the last 27 years.
The long-time bike fan is predicting the post-Classic Race introduced this year will 're-invent' the MGP.
