Young people who are worried about underage smoking and drinking, are being offered the chance to help do something about it.
The Office of Fair Trading is recruiting undercover teenagers to check shops aren't selling age-restricted goods to children.
It follows an operation where twelve shops were tested to see whether they would serve cigarettes to a 14-year-old.
All the shops acted in accordance with the law, but OFT chairman Bill Henderson says more help is needed to keep the checks going:
