Small changes to preserve fuel over the autumn and winter will help both your pocket and the environment.
That's the message from five local authorities in the west of the Island, who have banded together to do something positive to reduce the Island's carbon footprint.
They have organised a series of evening sessions where practical advice will be offered on a range of issues, from insulation and solar power, to car sharing and grow-your-own.
Under the banner 'creating energy-focused communities', the call is to think global, act local.
The first session is this evening.

This evening's session is at Foxdale School from 7.30 until 9pm.
