Skate park vandalised

by isleofman.com 24th September 2009

Vandals have damaged the skateboard park in Noble's Park, Douglas.

Between 4pm on Tuesday and 8am yesterday, somebody dug holes in the grass banks and destroyed a park bench which had only recently been put inside a shelter.

Officers say the damage may have been caused by people trying to make jumps for bicycles, and are asking anybody who saw what happened to come forward.

If you have any information, you can contact police headquarters on 631212.
