Shop window vandalised

Vandals have smashed a window at the River Island store in Strand Street, Douglas.

The damage was caused in the 20 minutes between 11.15 and 11.35pm yesterday.

Police are calling it a 'mindless act which serves no purpose' and are appealing for information to help them find whoever was responsible.

Anyone who can help the investigation is asked to ring Police Headquarters on 631212, or the anonymous Crimestopers line, on 0800 555 111.
