Pedal power will be evident along Douglas promenade and around the TT course this weekend.
The 17th annual Shoprite Cycle for Life takes place on Sunday and organisers are urging youngsters and adults alike to get on their bikes.
A fun family cycle along Douglas promenade and a seven-leg relay around the TT course will be run simultaneously, with this year's proceeds divided between the Motor Neurone Disease Association and the Isle of Man Martial Arts Association.
One of the organisers, Mike O'Hare, hopes as many people as possible take part for a good cause.
And he says it's obvious why interest in cycling among youngsters is at an all-time high (play audio file):
The relay around the TT course starts at the TT Grandstand, with the first group due to get away at 9am.
The family fun cycle is a 9.30 for 10am start from the Sea Terminal.
The course runs to the Villa Marina and back, but older children can do the whole length of the prom if they wish.
Anyone interested in taking part should contact Kim Makin at Shoprite on 683333.
