There's a showcase for the Island's young film talent, as well as vintage clips from the Manx National Heritage archives, as the third Isle of Man Film Festival continues today (Saturday).
From 2pm at the Manx Museum lecture theatre, enthusiasts can view footage which includes 1940s scenes in wartime Peel, colour scenes of the proclamation of the accession of the Queen from Tynwald Hill in February 1952, Ronaldsway airport in the 1950s and farm work and farming traditions in the Island.
That will be followed at 3pm by the Isle of Man Arts Council's Young Film Maker of Mann and short film competitions.
Arts development manager Emma Callin says there's something to suit all tastes (play audio file):
The festival continues with the Under the Stars outdoor cinema in the grounds of the Nunnery tonight.
