'Think the unthinkable and imagine the unimaginable' is what the authorities in the Isle of Man have to do when it comes to making preparations for a major emergency.
The phrase is used by Steve Gregory, a hugely experienced emergency planning co-ordinator from the United Kingdom, who advises the Island's services on their plans.
