A 54-year-old from the Isle of Man has been questioned by police in Essex as part of a murder inquiry.
It's been confirmed the man has been released on bail on suspicion of conspiracy to murder and perverting the course of justice.
It follows the disappearance of 41 year-old Paul Duckenfield in Essex a year ago.
A 47-year-old north Essex man was arrested shortly afterwards on suspicion of Mr Duckenfield's murder and remains on police bail.
Detective Inspector Martin Pasmore says the inquiry is linked to Mr Duckenfield's involvement in the supply of anabolic steroids used by athletes and body builders.
He is appealing to Island residents for information:
Anyone with information which might help the inquiry is asked contact the investigation team on 01279 641188, or call Crimestoppers anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
