Bad parking is regularly causing delays to the emergency services as they try to respond to 999 calls.
That disturbing fact has prompted the Isle of Man Fire and Rescue Services to launch the 'Park Smart' campaign, which urges drivers to think a bit more carefully about where they leave their vehicles.
