Equipment failure at Ronaldsway Airport meant relaxing with the Sunday papers didn't happen for Isle of Man residents yesterday.
The plane carrying the papers couldn't be unloaded because its engines were kept running when a piece of ground machinery belonging to a handling company failed.
Airport Director Ann Reynolds says the problem was beyond anybody's control, and the machine in question worked properly when it was inspected on Friday.
She says it was a problem which couldn't be foreseen:
