The chairman of Peel Commissioners says he won't be at the official opening of the Sunset City’s marina this afternoon.
Chief Minister Tony Brown and Transport Minister David Anderson will be there to celebrate the new marina with its enhanced facilities for boats.
But Rodger Gimbert says a previous appointment means he won't be able to attend, although he denies he's boycotting the event.
