Craine treble keeps Tangerines top

Ayre United hit Douglas and District for six to stay top of CFS Division Two on Saturday.

A hat-trick from Jason Craine, two from Steven Parrish and one from Tony Corlett sealed a 6-0 win at Andreas for the leaders.

Marown won 4-0 at the Police to stay second and maintain their 100 per cent record.

After a goalless first half, a double from Paul Bratty and one each from Sam Black and John Simmons ensured the Crosby side were comprehensive winners.

Douglas Royal turned on the form to move third with a 7-2 victory at Ramsey Youth Centre.

Connell Hughes was on target for Youth Centre, who are surprisingly bottom early on.

Pulrose leapfrogged Foxdale with a 2-0 victory over the westerners - Aaron Raby and Adam Store the scorers.

Onchan notched their first victory of the campaign with a 4-1 success over Ronaldsway.

Neil Starkey, Gareth Boorman, Paul Witley and Luke Sutherland were the home side’s scorers with Kevin Murphy scoring for the Rockets.

Colby overturned a half-time deficit to win 5-1 at Braddan.

After trailing at the break, goals from Andrew Moody, Sam Renshaw, Kyle Lunn and Marty Moore (two) ensured three points for Colby after recent disappointments.
