Pupils at Kewaigue get their new pitch

Children at Kewaigue school will find a brand-new all-weather pitch has been installed, when they return to their classes after the summer holidays today.

A massive ?30,000 was raised through the efforts of teachers, parents, pupils, and local businesses to pay for the astro-turf pitch in the school grounds.

The turf was laid during the summer break.

Head teacher Mark Stevens says it will make a massive difference to sport at the school:
