No progress was made in the trial of millionaire businessman Trevor Baines this morning.
It was thought the prosecution would outline its case against Mr Baines and his 50-year-old wife, Wendy.
Mr Baines, 68, of Woodbourne Road in Douglas, denies money laundering and false accounting.
Mrs Baines denies false accounting.
However, there was legal argument behind closed doors all morning and no further proceedings in open court.
It's now thought the prosecution may not start until tomorrow.
The trial, at Douglas Courthouse, is expected to last up to five weeks.
