The state of the paddock at the back of the Grandstand during the Manx Grand Prix will be discussed at political levels after the summer recess.
Heavy rain prior to, and during, the event turned the grass areas into deep mud, and many competitors spent a miserable two weeks with tents flooded and vehicles stuck.
Visitors complaints there were too few showers and not enough facilities for washing clothes, and there was a general feeling not enough was done to improve the situation.
